1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on pklik, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any game available on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance is recorded at the point of account registration and is reaffirmed each time you access the platform thereafter.

These Terms apply to all services operated under the pklik brand, including but not limited to the sportsbook (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events), live casino (including tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi), slot games, and pklik in-house games including Hi-Lo and Let's Shoot.

pklik reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on pklik. This is a strict requirement. pklik does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, and accounts where the required age cannot be confirmed will be restricted or closed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The pklik platform is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using pklik is lawful in your jurisdiction. pklik makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one pklik account. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding account limits, or evading a suspension — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

2.4 Accurate Information. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms. pklik may request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method at any time.

2.5 KYC Verification. Full platform access, including the ability to process withdrawals, requires completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing will not commence until KYC verification is marked as complete by the pklik compliance team.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pklik login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. pklik will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify the pklik support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your pklik account, whether or not you personally conducted that activity, subject to prompt notification of any unauthorised access. pklik is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.3 Personal Use Only. Your pklik account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you operate your account on behalf of a third party. Any such activity will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity and no financial transactions for a period of 90 consecutive days may be classified as dormant. pklik reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration charge to dormant accounts, provided the player has been notified in advance. A dormant account can be reactivated by logging in and completing identity re-verification if required.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. pklik supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified in the relevant payment method's terms. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your pklik wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited. pklik reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. pklik does not guarantee withdrawal completion within any specific timeframe.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of requesting a withdrawal within your account. pklik reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. These limits may be adjusted at pklik's discretion without prior notice, subject to compliance obligations.

4.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on pklik are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). pklik does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment provider level is the responsibility of the player and is subject to the payment provider's own exchange rates and fees.

4.7 Refused Transactions. pklik reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. In such cases, pklik will notify the account holder and may request supporting documentation before releasing any funds.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the pklik platform with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed during a system malfunction, network disruption, or where odds were clearly displayed in error are not valid and may be voided by pklik at its sole discretion.

5.2 Odds and Markets. pklik reserves the right to change, suspend, or remove any market or odds at any time prior to the event commencing. For live in-play markets, odds are updated in real time. Acceptance of a bet at displayed odds is subject to the platform's internal verification. In cases where odds are clearly erroneous (palpable error), pklik reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all bet types and are displayed at the point of placement. pklik reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account, unless otherwise stated in the specific rules for that market.

5.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles available on pklik are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the respective game studio's rules, which are accessible within the game interface. pklik is not responsible for the outcome of casino games, which are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology.

5.6 Hi-Lo and Let's Shoot. pklik's in-house games Hi-Lo and Let's Shoot operate under game-specific rules published on their respective pages. Results are determined by the platform's certified RNG. By playing these games, you agree to the applicable game rules in addition to these general Terms.

5.7 Disputes. Any dispute regarding a bet or game result must be raised with the pklik support team within 72 hours of the event or game outcome. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. pklik's decision on any disputed outcome, following internal review, is final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which will be stated in the terms of each specific offer. pklik reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. New player bonuses are available to first-time depositing accounts only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. pklik operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, using third-party software to manipulate bonus conditions, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, pklik will void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and may permanently close the player's account.

6.4 General Bonus Conditions. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Cash bonuses and free bets have no monetary value until wagering requirements are met. pklik reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pklik. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one pklik account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any platform game or betting feature.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to influence game outcomes.
• Match-fixing or placing bets on events you have reason to believe may be manipulated.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties for commercial purposes (i.e., operating as an unauthorised agent or syndicate).
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pklik staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform you are not authorised to access, or interfering with the platform's security systems.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the pklik platform — including but not limited to the pklik brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of pklik or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pklik platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, or commercially exploit any content from the pklik platform without express written authorisation from pklik.

Game content and software provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their own licensing terms. pklik makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 pklik provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and reliability, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pklik shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; reliance on any information displayed on the platform; any system downtime, data loss, or technical malfunction; bets placed during a palpable error in odds; or any third-party game malfunction.

9.3 pklik's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their pklik account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by pklik's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10 Privacy & Data

pklik collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, account management, and customer support purposes. pklik does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 By pklik. pklik reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: these Terms have been breached; the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful activity; KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; or the player is under 21 years of age. In the event of a breach-related closure, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

12.2 By the Player. You may close your pklik account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved, and any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be addressed. pklik will return any verified cash balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) upon account closure, subject to completion of the standard withdrawal process.

12.3 Survival of Obligations. Termination of your pklik account does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination. Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), and 9 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination of these Terms.

13 Amendments

pklik may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a player — pklik will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via registered email address or a prominent on-platform notification banner.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice and will be effective immediately upon publication on the pklik website.

The date shown at the top of this document reflects the effective date of the most recently published version of these Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the pklik platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which pklik operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pklik's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
